Iventum Profil is your expert for the design and manufacture of copper extruded profiles. The custom-made copper profiles supplied by Iventum Profil are used in a wide variety of products and applications, including where electrical conductivity and mechanical hardness are required.

We supply extruded electrolytic copper profiles to the electric vehicle industry and many other specialised sectors. Depending on the profile shape, our copper extruded profiles are manufactured with up to 4 times greater precision than the extrusion standard specified in DIN EN 12167 and DIN EN 12165.

Using complex manufacturing techniques, we supply copper extruded profiles within a tolerance range of +/- 0.1 mm, achieving wall thicknesses of less than 1 mm. Thanks to our many years of experience with these techniques, designers and electrical engineers have almost unlimited freedom when designing copper extruded profiles.
