Anodised surfaces for every application
IVENTUM Profil supplies profiles finished using the anodising process. In the first step, all profiles to be anodised are cleaned with a special degreasing solution.
The profiles can then be etched, ground or polished, depending on customer requirements. Pre-treatment plays a decisive role here. We distinguish between "no pre-treatment (E0)" and "heavy etching (E6)".
In this process, minor surface defects such as existing score marks, scratches, cavities, inclusions etc. are removed by material removal. Only after this step are the profiles anodised to the required layer thickness (3 - 25 µm). Anodising not only increases the durability of the profiles, but also enables a wide range of colour and decorative finishes.
